Hi Guys
Just a short note to praise your fantastic cup cakes, My wife arranged a dozen of your finest cakes to be delivered to my work this morning.
The cakes were absolutely brilliant in taste and presentation, accompanied by Jen’s great poetry they really hit the spot!!
Will definitely recommend “A bunch of cakes” to family and friends.

Hi Arianne,
Just thought I would let you know that the 50th birthday cake was an absolute HIT! The salted caramel was luscious and leftovers were devoured the next morning by children wielding forks. The Westgate Bridge needed a little explaining because no-one had read the invite closely – they were all country and western apart from my dear partner Colin, who looked atrociously bogan in a mullet wig.
Thanks so much for all the love, care and calories you put into it.

Just a quick note to say a very big thank you for the amazing work you did on Dave & Matt's Birthday Cake. Everyone at the party commented on how awesome the cake looked. Although, Dave felt the bald guy looked more like one of the AFL umpires than him (in denial). We are not the kind of people to exaggerate when describing things, so believe me when I say: without a doubt, it was the best chocolate cake we have ever tasted!! Magnificent.
I made sure I let everyone know at the party where I got the cake (hopefully you will get some follow on business out of it).

Hi Arianne and Jazz,
I'm the blogger that complained about your chocolate and salted caramel cupcake...but rest assured that I shall complain no longer. I very recently tried it again (after Arianne committed to making it saltier) and I'm absolutely in love with it. It now has a decent amount of salt through it and it just makes the caramel THAT much more luxurious tasting. I have posted a new comment on my blog to reflect this.
I really want to thank you for being so responsive. It is so nice to see a business owner being so engaged with customer feedback and taking the initiative to make adjustments. I know there can be a lot of randomness on the internet and I'm very grateful that you stopped by and really considered what I had to say.

Hi lovelies,
I just wanted to say a huge thank you for the christening cake you made for freya at the weekend - it absolutely stole the show. It looked fabulous and even better than that tasted divine too - you were absolutely right about how yummy that carrot cake is - we couldn't stop eating it!!
Thanks also for the beautiful roses I gave as gifts they were perfect.
Everyone was so impressed and I made sure to tell them all where the cake and flowers were from - and gave them directions - and your number!!!
Again ladies thank you so much - I can't wait now till my next event to order another cake.

Dear Arianne,
I just wanted to write and say a big thank you for all your hard work on Joe's cake, it was a massive hit, he and all the guests loved it!
We still have half a cake left and everyone had a bit, I'm nearly all caked out :-)
We accidentally lit it up on fire with the candles which caused extra excitement!!
Anyway, you really did such amazing job and were fantastic to deal with, I will definitely recommend your business on to others and I'm greatly appreciative of all your help. Hopefully I'll get to meet you next time I order something!
